Warning Rattles

Big timber rattlesnake warned me from near the trail today. Wife Ann gave him plenty of time to cross the trail between us and be well on his way before joining me as we continued from Wolf Rock toward House Rock at Hanging Rock State Park (NC).

On Monday I heard a similar warning. Took a quick look. Didn't see her. And kept on truckin' on Moore's Knob Loop Trail at Hanging Rock.
