A more detailed article about the Toledo Zoo elephant/keeper incident makes it clear why Dr. Anne Baker will no longer be able to lead the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) accreditation team when it visits the NC Zoo July 19-21, as NC Zoological Park director David M. Jones announced in a management staff meeting this morning.
